112 year old Japanese man named Chitetsu Watanabe is the oldest man in the world.

Guinness World Records awarded Chitetsu Watanabe with a certificate for his accomplishment recently.

Chitetsu Watanabe who is 112 years and 344 days old hails from Niigata in northern Japan.

His key for longer living is “Don’t get angry and keep smiling”.

Earlier, Watanabe used to do bonsai, which is the traditional art of raising small sculpted trees in Japan.

Nowadays, he loves to have desserts like custards and cream puffs. We just hope Watanabe enjoys to live happily forever.

Truly, the act of smiling has a lot of benefits on people’s health and wellness. Smiling helps to reduce stress, improves immune system, decreases health issues and makes one look younger and live longer just like Watanabe.
