got patent certificate from Government of India
IIMT University has once again made Meerut proud. This time the research and development lab of IIMT has made the dripping of patients in hospitals and nursing homes more secure. With which thousands of patients can be saved. It is often seen that in the absence of staff in the hospital room, the medicine in the patient’s drip ends and the blood starts coming out.
Due to this, the patient is at risk of infection. Researcher Abhishek Verma of IIMT’s Research and Development Lab has built an electronic device to deal with this situation. This device will give information before the medicine ends in drip and will alert the hospital staff. According to Researcher Abhishek Verma,
If the hanging stand will be equipped with this device, the alarm will ring in case the medicine remains 5 percent in the drip and the concerned staff will get the information.
If the staff is not able to reach even if the alarm is sounded and the drip remains at 3 per cent, then a message will reach the hospital’s senior staff. The Chancellor of IIMT University, Mr. Yogesh Mohanji Gupta, described the patent received by the Government of India for 20 years as a milestone in the field of health and appreciated the new experiments being carried out by the Research and Development Lab. Earlier, the Research and Development Lab of IIMT University has patented many of its innovative ideas.
This new patent is another link in this category. This achievement of Abhishek Verma was congratulated by Dr. V.K. Singh Vice Chancellor of IIMT University, Pro. Vice Chancellor Deepa Sharma and Registrar Ashok Kumar.
