New Delhi: Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi has once again targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi. In a tweet, he has targeted PM Narendra Modi. Rahul Gandhi has tweeted this after the government formed a committee to investigate on three trusts related to the Gandhi family. Rahul wrote in his tweet, ‘Shri Modi believes that the world is like him. He thinks that everyone has a price or can be intimidated. He will never understand that those who fight for the truth have no value and cannot be intimidated.

Significantly, the central government has said that an investigation will be conducted against the three trusts belonging to the Gandhi family for alleged irregularities in financial transactions. A spokesperson of the Union Ministry of Home Affairs has informed in a tweet on Wednesday morning that the inter-ministerial interrogation by the ministry for investigation against alleged violation of rules related to income tax and financial donations by Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, Rajiv Gandhi Charitable Trust and Indira Gandhi Memorial Trust The committee has been formed.

A tweet from the Home Ministry said that the focus of the investigation would be on the violation of laws such as the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, the Income Tax Act and the Foreign Contribution Act, by trusts operated by the Gandhi family. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Special Director of Enforcement Directorate will head the committee.
